You will receive your Durrah Rewards number on the welcome letter following the call with Safir Reservations.

Once you complete the enrollment online, your Durrah Rewards number and welcome details will be sent to your email.
How can I get points, credit for a stay missing from my account?
Log into your Durrah account and click and submit a Missing Stay Request form for any stays that aren’t showing.
Can I share my Durrah Points with another member?
Yes! Durrah members can transfer points in increments of 1,000, with unlimited transfers and no cap on points transferred. Please contact support team to make this happen.
Will my Durrah Rewards account stay active if I don’t stay at Safir Hotels & Resorts for a while?
To keep your points from expiring, your account needs activity every 12-36 months, depending on your tier. Any stay at a Safir Hotels & Resorts’ property will keep your account active!

If you past stay does not reflect accurately after checkout, contact the hotel directly to get an updated receipt with any necessary adjustments or reach out to [email protected] for help.
Why isn’t a recent stay showing in my account?
Past stays may take a few days to display. If they haven’t appeared within five business days, you can request credit for the missing stay through your online account.
Durrah Rewards Points
How do I earn Durrah Rewards Points?
Earn points by staying at Safir Hotels and Resorts! You’ll receive 10 Durrah Base Points for every dollar spent on your room rate and eligible in-room charges.
What qualifies as an eligible stay?
A "stay" refers to the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, even if a guest checks out and back in. However, certain types of bookings are not considered eligible stays and do not qualify for earning Durrah Rewards Points. These include: wholesale or tour operator packages; contracted crew rates; travel agency discounts; complimentary or barter rooms; NET Group, Series Group, or IT Group rates; contracted entertainment rates; bookings made through third-party websites (regardless of rate paid); and bookings through "opaque" channels where the brand might not be disclosed at the time of booking. Points are not awarded for any charges incurred during ineligible stays, including folio charges (i.e., charges on your hotel bill).
Can I earn points for multiple rooms if I’m paying for them?
Yes! Points can be earned for up to two rooms per stay if both are paid on a single bill at check-in.
Do I earn points on ‘Points & Bucks’ Rewards?
Yes! The cash portion of ‘Points & Bucks’ Rewards bookings counts toward points accumulation, so you keep earning while redeeming.
What is Durrah’s Points Expiration Policy?
Your points will stay active as long as there’s account activity every 12-36 months (depending on your tier). Any stay at a Safir Hotels & Resorts property will prevent point expiration.

Earning & Maintaining Status
How can I reach Durrah’s elite status levels?
Your tier is based on your stay activity. The more frequently you stay, the faster you’ll reach Silver, Gold, or Diamond status with exclusive rewards and perks.
How do I keep my elite status?
After reaching an elite tier, you’ll retain your status for the remainder of that calendar year and the entire following year. To help you maintain your elite status, reward stays also count toward tier qualification. For tier qualification, please refer to the Accrual of Points section in the Durrah Rewards benefits. New members may receive credit for any stay completed within 30 days before joining the program. To track your progress toward the next tier, simply log in to your Durrah Rewards account.
Do rollover nights count toward status?
Yes! Any qualifying nights above the required amount for your tier will roll over to the following year, helping you maintain your elite status.
How are year-end cross-year stays counted for status qualification?
For stays that span years (like December into January), the status qualification applies to the check-out date year.
When will I see these updates in my Durrah Rewards online account?
Your account will be updated with these changes early in the new year, usually by January or February.
Can I roll over only my nights?
Yes, elite members can only roll over nights. To learn more about achieving elite status, check the Membership Tiers page or contact us at [email protected].
Can nights earned this year roll over to the next year?
Yes, any nights above your tier’s required amount will roll over into the following year. For example, if a member stays 13 nights in 2025, they’ll achieve Silver status and have 3 nights rolled over for 2026.
Is there a maximum limit on rollover nights?
Yes, the maximum number of rollover nights is capped at the number of nights needed to secure Diamond status for the upcoming year.
Do I need to do anything to start earning elite rollover nights?
No action is needed—Silver, Gold, and Diamond members will have their rollover nights automatically applied toward next year’s status qualification.
How long are my elite rollover nights valid, and when can I use them? What about unused rollover nights from last year?
Elite rollover nights are valid only for the next calendar year and will expire after that. They cannot be applied to any additional future years beyond the next calendar year.
Which nights qualify to roll over? Do promotional nights also count?
All qualifying nights, including those from paid stays, reward stays, and ‘Points & Bucks’ Rewards, are eligible to roll over to the next calendar year.

How many times can I use the Diamond Status Extension?
Eligible members can use this extension once over their lifetime of membership.
Am I eligible if I used to have Diamond status but am no longer a Diamond member?
Only current Diamond members who meet the criteria are eligible for the extension benefit.
How long does the extended Diamond status last?
Once activated, the extension adds an additional year to your Diamond status beyond the usual expiration date.
When is the Diamond Status Extension benefit available?

What if I want to save the Diamond Status Extension for later, but have already chosen to use it?
Once the extension is activated, it’s a final, one-time benefit and cannot be reserved or reversed. We encourage members to consider their travel plans carefully before using this option.
How do I plan for my next trip if points vary by date and location?
Because points needed for stays vary based on hotel and timing, you can check redemption rates across future dates to gauge availability. If needed, ‘Points & Bucks’ Rewards offer a flexible way to book with a combination of points and cash.
Can I still redeem a reward night with just points?;
Absolutely! You can book reward nights using only points. ‘Points & Bucks’ Rewards simply offer more flexibility to get you to your next destination faster.
How often will points prices change?
Just like room rates, points requirements for reward nights adjust dynamically, allowing us to offer lower points prices during off-peak times.
Do ‘Points & Bucks’ Rewards impact my elite status or benefits?
Points & Bucks stays count toward elite status, and members will still receive elite benefits on all such stays. Members also earn points on the cash portion spent.
Can I book Points & Bucks Rewards through travel agents or other third-party sites?
This benefit is exclusive to bookings made through Safir’s direct channels, which also offer perks like free Wi-Fi and member discounts.
How do I know whether full points or Points & Bucks Rewards is the best choice?

You can change Points & Bucks reservations as long as the changes align with the reservation’s cancellation policy. If you modify your booking, the points required will adjust to the current rates at the time of modification.
